Bryce Buergin

Bryce has 23 years experience in the heavy equipment industry. Bryce started his career in 2000 by operating heavy equipment on local farms building ponds, terraces, waterways, and tree clearning. In 2005, Bryce started doing reclamation work for the state while quickly broadening his experience operating multiple pieces of heavy equipment. In 2007, Bryce made the transition into heavy commercial construction as a lead operator. For the next 4 years, Bryce continued to to work as a lead operator while at the same time working on the reclamation side of the business as well. In 2011, Bryce went to work for a large General Contractor as a Field Engineer in the civil division quickly working his way up to becoming a Superintendent in 2012 and a General Superintendent in 2015. In 2018, he became Director of Operations overseeing the day to day operations of the civil division. Bryce had an opportunity in November 2021 to start BR Heavy with partner Davis Robson. In April 2022, BR Heavy was born and employed 38 people with multiple pieces of heavy equipment owned internally.

Outside of BR Heavy, Bryce enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and 4 children, Maddie, Braxtyn, Paizley, and Ledger. Bryce always looks forward to the kids sporting events, fishing, hunting, and anything else that involves being outside.
